Decision of the European Commission - no objection to the individualsupport granted to Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 2 sp. z o.o. andElektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 3 sp. z o.o

With regard to the current report no. 11/2021 of April 7, 2021, theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") disclosesthat PGE has received from the the Energy Regulatory Office (the "ERO")a decision of the European Commission ("EC") stating no objection to theindividual support at the level which does not exceed PLN 319.60/MWhgranted for both stages of Baltica Offshore wind farm - Baltica 2 andBaltica 3, with a total capacity of 2.5 GW (pursued jointly with_#216;rsted). EC decision was issued within the process of individualnotification of support for investors, required by EU regulations onstate aid. Obtaining the decision of the EC is necessary for allprojects implemented in the so-called the first phase of the Polishoffshore program, that in 2021 received support in contract fordifference formula by the decision of the President of the EnergyRegulatory Office (ERO). According to the regulations, the ERO decisionspecifying the level of support for the project on the basis of the ECdecision should be issued within 90 days from the date on which EROobtained EC decision.
