Registration of the change to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") has taken information that on May 30, 2019, the DistrictCourt of the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of theNational Court Register registered the change to the Company's Statutes,made on the ground of resolutions no. 24-30 of the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company of May 15, 2019.

The Management Board of PGE attaches to this report content of amendedand new provisions of the Statutes and a text of the Statutes includingthe registered changes.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
