Registration of the change to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on September 13, 2018, the District Court ofthe City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the NationalCourt Register registered the change to the Company's Statutes, made onthe ground of resolution no. 4 of the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany of June 26, 2018.

According to the above mentioned resolution, in § 16 clause 4 of thePGE's Statutes item 5, stating that the deadline for the submission ofapplications by candidates may not be shorter than 14 days from the dateof the publication of an announcement about a recruitment procedure forthe PGE's Management Board members, is deleted and the previous item 6is numbered as item 5. The Management Board of PGE attaches to thisreport a consolidated text of the Statutes including the above change.
