Adoption of the consolidated text of the Company's Statutes by theSupervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on March 7, 2017 the Supervisory Board hasdetermined the consolidated text of the Company's Statutes. Theconsolidated text of the Statutes is attached to this current report.

The consolidated text of the Statutes comprises changes made pursuant tothe resolution no. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") ofDecember 14, 2016.

Changes in the Company's Statutes introduced by the abovementioned EGMresolution were presented in the current report no. 72/2016 of December15, 2016.

Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
