Signing of the agreement for the supply of the wind turbines for Baltica2 offshore wind farm

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that on April 20, 2023 Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica - 2 Sp. z.o.o., company responsible for implementation of Baltica 2 stage of theBaltica Offshore Wind Farm project (the "Baltica OWF Project") developedby PGE jointly with _#216;rsted, signed the following agreements with SiemensGamesa Renewable Energy Sp. z. o.o.:

- Turbine Supply Agreement, which includes designing, production,supply, transport, installation and commissioning as well as service of107 wind turbines of 14 MW each with a total capacity of 1 498 MW forBaltica 2 stage of the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm project. The contractis planned to be implemented in the period from the second quarter of2023 to the fourth quarter of 2027.

- Service Warranty Agreement, which concerns provision of service forthe above mentioned turbines for 5 years from their commissioning,including performance of planned inspections, repairs, supply ofmaintenance measures, remote supervision and other related activities.

- Spare Parts and Tools Agreement.

The entire Baltica OWF Project with a total capacity of 2.5 GW consistsof two stages: Baltica 2 and Baltica 3. The above agreements relate tostage Baltica 2. Pursuant to the objectives indicated in the PGE Group'sstrategy, the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm project is to be implemented by2030.
