Beginning of talks regarding potential cooperation on constructionproject of 1 000 MW unit in Ostrołęka
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that in response to the invitation from Energa S.A. ("Energa")and ENEA S.A. ("ENEA"), on January 7, 2019 the companies have startedtalks that may potentially result in involvement of PGE in theconstruction project of 1 000 MW unit in Ostrołęka (the "Ostrołękaproject"), which is currently pursued by Energa and ENEA.
Information about further steps in the process within Ostrołęka projectwill be reported in separate current reports.
