Conclusion of the agreement for sale of Exatel S.A.
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. disclosesthat on March 29, 2017 the company signed the agreement for sale of 100%shares in Exatel S.A. (the "Exatel shares") to the State Treasury ofPoland.
The sale price of the Exatel shares amounts to PLN 368.5 million.
Exatel S.A. is a telecom operator providing solutions for business andpublic administration.
