Discontinuance of the proceedings regarding the annulment of theresolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of February 6, 2014Inconnection with the current report no 18/2014 dated April 2, 2014 on thepetition for annulment of the resolutions of the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of February 6, 2014 and current report no 8/2015 dated June 22,2015 on non-final verdict on dismissal of shareholder's claim regardingthe above mentioned case, the Management Board of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A. discloses that the Appeal Court in Warsaw on March 24,2017, taking into account the shareholder's withdrawal of claim filed inthe case, overturned the verdict of 1st instance court and discontinuedproceedings.
