Discontinuance of the proceedings regarding the annulment of theresolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 1, 2016
In connection with the current report no 30/2016 dated May 20, 2016 onthe petition for annulment of the resolution of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of March 1, 2016, the Management Board of PGE PolskaGrupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that on March 24, 2017 was notified,that the Regional Court in Warsaw holding the closed court sessionissued a decision to discontinue the proceedings due to theshareholder's withdrawal of claim filed in the case.
