Discontinuance of the proceedings regardingthe annulment of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of June28, 2016 and the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting ofSeptember 5, 2016.Inconnection with the current report no 54/2016 dated September 12, 2016on the petition for annulment of the resolution of the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of June 28, 2016, the Management Board of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A. discloses that on March 27, 2017 was notified, thatthe Regional Court in Warsaw holding the closed court session issued adecision to discontinue the proceedings due to the shareholder'swithdrawal of claim filed in the case.Simultaneously inconnection with the current report no 76/2016 dated December 30, 2016 onthe petition for annulment of the resolution of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of September 5, 2016, the Management Board of theCompany discloses that on March 27, 2017 was notified, that the RegionalCourt in Warsaw holding the closed court session, issued a decision todiscontinue the proceedings due to the shareholder's withdrawal of claimfiled in the case.
