In connection with the current report no 22/2015 dated August 21, 2015on the petition for annulment of the resolution of the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of June 24, 2015, the Management Board of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A. (the "Company") discloses that on April 26, 2016 theRegional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder's claimregarding annulment of the resolution no 5 of the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company of June 24, 2015.
