Estimated selected financial and operating data for the 9 months of 2021

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")publishes initial selected consolidated financial and operating data forthe 9 months of 2021.

According to the initial estimates net electricity production at PGEgenerating units in the 9 months of 2021 amounted to approximately 50.5TWh, distribution volume arrived at 27.9 TWh and sales to finaloff-takers came out at 27.9 TWh. Heat sales volume amounted to 36.2 PJ.

Consolidated EBITDA for the 9 months of 2021 amounted to approximatelyPLN 7 364m, including:

EBITDA of Conventional Generation segment PLN 2 803m,

EBITDA of District Heating segment PLN 867m,

EBITDA of Distribution segment PLN 2 047m,

EBITDA of Supply segment PLN 1 022m,

EBITDA of Renewables segment PLN 596m.

Consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders of the parentcompany amounted to approximately PLN 3 251m. CAPEX amounted to PLN 3069m. Estimated net debt amounted to approximately PLN 2 578m as atSeptember 30, 2021.

Average electricity wholesale price realized by Conventional Generationsegment in the 9 months of 2021 amounted to PLN 264.5 per MWh.
