Operating and sales data for the period of January-March 2016

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")hereby discloses preliminary operating and sales data for January-March2016 (cumulative).

Net generation of electricity in PGE Group amounted to 13.2 TWh (vs.14.5 TWh in January-March 2015), including net generation from ligniteof 8.5 TWh (vs. 10.0 TWh in January-March 2015).

Average realized wholesale price (i.e. electricity exchange sales pricerealized by the Conventional Generation segment) amounted to PLN 166 perMWh (vs. PLN 174 per MWh in January-March 2015).

Volume of retail sales to final off-takers amounted to 10.7 TWh (vs. 9.8TWh in January-March 2015).

Volume of electricity distribution amounted to 8.6 TWh (vs. 8.4 TWh inJanuary-March 2015).
