Operating and sales data for the period of January-June 2016.TheManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") herebydiscloses preliminary operating and sales data for January-June 2016(cumulative).

Net generation of electricity in PGE Group amounted to 25.4 TWh (vs.27.6 TWh in January-June 2015), including net generation from lignite of16.9 TWh (vs. 19.4 TWh in January-June 2015).

Average realized wholesale price (i.e. electricity exchange sales pricerealized by the Conventional Generation segment) amounted to PLN 166 perMWh (vs. PLN 174 per MWh in January-June 2015).

Volume of retail sales to final off-takers amounted to 21.4 TWh (vs.19.3 TWh in January-June 2015).

Volume of electricity distribution amounted to 16.9 TWh (vs. 16.4 TWh inJanuary-June 2015).
