The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that on May 7, 2019 Fitch Ratings has assigned PGE an upcomingdomestic bonds an expected national senior unsecured rating of ‘AA(pol)(EXP)'. The assigned rating relates to planned issue, about whichPGE informed in the current report no. 12/2019 dated April 17, 2019.PGE's National Long-term rating of the issuer is ‘AA(pol)' with a stableoutlook.
