Operating and sales data for the period of January-September 2016.TheManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") herebydiscloses preliminary operating and sales data for January-September2016 (cumulative).

Net generation of electricity in PGE Group amounted to 39.0 TWh (vs.41.7 TWh in January-September 2015), including net generation fromlignite of 27.2 TWh (vs. 29.5 TWh in January-September 2015).

Average realized wholesale price (i.e. electricity exchange sales price)amounted to PLN 168 per MWh (vs. PLN 174 per MWh in January-September2015).

Volume of retail sales to final off-takers amounted to 31.9 TWh (vs.29.0 TWh in January-September 2015).

Volume of electricity distribution amounted to 25.4 TWh (vs. 24.8 TWh inJanuary-September 2015).
