Dariusz Lubera

Graduate of AGH - Mining and Metallurgy Academy and the University of Economics in Krakow.

Throughout his entire professional career, he has been associated with the energy industry, where he held a number of responsible positions.

Long-time President of the Polish Power Transmission and Distribution Association (PTPiREE), President of the Management Board of Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection, Member of numerous supervisory boards in energy sector companies.

In years 2001-2003 a Supervisory Board Member of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, Vice-Chairman of the Council of the National Chamber of Commerce and Member of the Transfer Pricing Council.

Long-time President and Vice-President of the Management Board at Zakład Energetyczny Tarnów and Enion S.A.

In years 2008-2015 President of the Management Board of Tauron Polska Energia S.A. which he led to a debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2010.

Since 2017 he ran his own business in the private sector. From December 5, 2025 a member of the PGE's Supervisory Board, as from December 8, 2025 delegated by the Supervisory Board to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board.

Mr Dariusz Lubera has stated that his activities outside PGE are not competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that he is not participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and he is not participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Mr Dariusz Lubera has also stated that he is not registered in Register of Insolvent Debtors, being kept on the ground of Act on National Court Register dated August 20, 1997 (Dz. U. 2019 item 1500 as amended).

Katarzyna Rozenfeld

Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld is a graduate of Foreign Trade at the University of Łódź, as well as the Catholic University in Nijmegen (the Netherlands). She is an academic lecturer, founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Effectus Papilionis Foundation, member of the Supervisory Board of the Mindset Institute Foundation, member of the LiderShe Association as well as a member of Association of Independent Members of Supervisory Boards.

Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld is an experienced leader, mentor and coach with over 30 years of business experience. She started her career in the financial consulting department of PwC in 1994, where from 2006 she was Director and led the energy team implementing projects for energy clients (strategy creation, restructuring, M&A, privatisations and consolidations) – she led inter alia project of acquisition of the largest CHP plant in Europe by Vattenfall, she was also responsible for introduction of leading European companies on the Polish power market including among others EdF, Vattenfall and RWE. In years 2009-2012 she held the position of Member of the Management Board, Managing Director for Trading at Vattenfall Energy Trading. In years 2014-2015 she served as Vice-President for Trading at Tauron Polska Energia S.A. where she was responsible for reorganization of the wholesale trade model and transformation of the group towards an innovative approach to sales development. In years 2013-2014 she has also cooperated with Fluent Partners as a coach and mentor for managers and C-level staff. Since 2019 a President of the Supervisory Board at Grantham – SPV of abrdn fund investing in PV farms in Poland. Since July 2025 a Supervisory Board Member of Benefit Systems S.A.

Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld has stated that her activities outside PGE as of the appointment date will not be competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that she will not be participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and she is not participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
