Report Content Appointment of the Management Board members

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on January 14, 2026 the Supervisory Board ofPGE adopted resolutions on:

- appointment of Mr Dariusz Lubera to the Management Board of the 12thterm of office as from January 15, 2026 and entrusting him the positionof the President of the Management Board;

- appointment of Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld to the Management Board of the12th term of office as from January 19, 2026 and entrusting her theposition of the Vice-President for Operations.

Enclosed, the Company provides information on the newly appointedmembers of the PGE's Management Board.
