Report Content Changes in the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on December 4, 2025 the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company ("EGM") adopted resolutions on dismissing fromthe Supervisory Board of PGE as of December 4, 2025:

- Ms Małgorzata Banasik - member of the Supervisory Board,

- Mr Sławomir Patyra - member of the Supervisory Board.

Afterwards, the EGM adopted resolutions on appointing to the SupervisoryBoard as from December 5, 2025:

- Mr Dariusz Lubera,

- Mr Piotr Stolarczyk.

Enclosed, the Company provides information on the newly appointedmembers of the Supervisory Board.
