(the"Company", "PGE") discloses that on January 4, 2023 the SupervisoryBoard of PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Mr. Rafał Włodarski tothe Management Board of the eleventh term of office as from January 9,2023 and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Supportand Development. Information about professional experience and career ofMr. Rafał Włodarski will be published in a separate current report.
