Submission of a candidate for Supervisory Board Member by a shareholder- the State Treasury

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the_quot;Company_quot;) announces that on April 26, 2023 the Company received anotification from a shareholder - the State Treasury - of its intentionto propose Mr Cezary Falkiewicz as a candidate to the PGE SupervisoryBoard, in connection with the convening of the April 28, 2023 of theOrdinary General Meeting of the Company (the _quot;OGM_quot;) (Current Reports no.13/2023, 14/2023 and 16/2023).

At the same time, the Company is providing information on Mr CezaryFalkiewicz professional CV, education and to enable the Company'sShareholders to familiarise themselves with them prior to the OGM.

Mr Cezary Falkiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law andAdministration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Healso holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and Accounting with ACCAaccreditation from the Vistula University of Finance and Business. Hehas been involved in state administration since 2014, starting at theMinistry of the Treasury, then being employed at the Chancellery of thePrime Minister and the Ministry of State Assets, where he currentlyserves as Deputy Director of the Department of Fuel and Energy Companies.

In his work to date, he has mainly dealt with economic and financialanalyses of companies and issues relating to the acquisition of sharesby the Treasury from the Reprivatisation Fund. Mr Cezary Falkiewicz alsohas professional experience related to merger and acquisition processesof companies with State Treasury shareholding, as well as in the oil andgas sector. Since 2015, he has served on the Supervisory Boards ofseveral commercial law companies, including the Supervisory Board ofPGNIG S.A., where he was Deputy Chairman of the Board, and of LotosUpstream Sp. z o.o.

His current responsibilities include exercise of the owner's rights inthe fuel and gas sector companies with State Treasury shareholding.
