Repeal of the resolution of the Management Board on update of the PGEGroup's strategy
With reference to the current report no. 29/2023 of August 29, 2023, theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") disclosesthat on September 4, 2023 a resolution was adopted to repeal theresolution of the PGE's Management Board adopting an update of the PGEGroup's strategy.
The decision is driven by the need to complete the formation process ofthe National Energy Security Agency (NABE).
