Changes in the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", theCompany_quot;) discloses that on June 22, 2022 the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company ("OGM") adopted resolution on dismissing Mr. ZbigniewGryglas from the Supervisory Board of PGE.

Afterwards, the OGM adopted resolutions on appointing to a new term ofoffice of the Supervisory Board:

- Mrs. Anna Kowalik,

- Mr. Artur Składanek,

- Mrs. Janina Goss,

- Mr. Tomasz Hapunowicz,

- Mr. Mieczysław Sawaryn,

- Mr. Marcin Kowalczyk,

- Mr. Radosław Winiarski.
