Resignation of the member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on July 9, 2018 the Company has received aresignation from Mr. Witold Kozłowski from the Company's SupervisoryBoard, effective July 9, 2018. The resignation is caused by appointmentof Mr. Witold Kozłowski for the position of the President of ProvincialFund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Cracow andrequirement of art. 400j.4 of the Act on Environment Protection.
