Mrs. Anna Kowalik is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. A legal counsel. In years 1990-1991 she was employed at the Agency for Foreign Investments. As of 1991 employed at the Ministry of Privatization and as of 1996 at the Ministry of State Treasury as a legal counsel in Department of Privatization and Corporate Governance. She has gained experience in supervision of operations of companies with State Treasury shareholdings since 1996 as a member of supervisory boards in the following companies, among others: Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A, Kombinat Koksochemiczny Zabrze S.A., Pabianickie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polfa S.A., Inowrocławskie Zakłady Chemiczne Soda Mątwy S.A. Mrs. Anna Kowalik is also a lecturer in the field of the commercial and civil law at courses for supervisory and management board member. A member of the PGE's Supervisory Board since June 2015.
Mrs. Anna Kowalik has stated that her activities outside PGE are not competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that she is not participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and she is not participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Mrs. Anna Kowalik has also stated that she is not registered in Register of Insolvent Debtors, being kept on the ground of Act on National Court Register dated August 20, 1997 (Dziennik Ustaw of 2017, item 700 as amended).
Mr. Artur Składanek holds Master Engineer degree obtained from Institute of Chemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1983. During years 1983 – 1985 he was taking individual studies at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2008 Mr. Artur Składanek took course and passed the national exam for candidates to supervisory boards of the State Treasury companies.
Since January 2008 Mr. Artur Składanek held a position of Director of Production at Finpol Rohr sp. z o. o., where he started to work in June 2007 as a Production Specialist. During years from 1994 to 2007 Mr. Artur Składanek was running his own business activity - AWI – Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe. Since January 2018 chief specialist for business development in Radpol S.A. A member of the PGE's Supervisory Board since March 2016.
Mr. Artur Składanek has stated that his activities outside PGE are not competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that he is not participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and he is not participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Mr. Grzegorz Kuczyński Ph. D. - a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Ph. D. in civil law. Before training as a lawyer he trained as a judge.
Since 2007 a partner of Gotkowicz Kosmus Kuczyński & Partners Law Firm.
He was an assistant professor of the Chair of Civil Law at the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk in years 2005-2013 and an assistant in years 1997-2005. A member of the PGE's Supervisory Board since March 2016.
Mr. Grzegorz Kuczyński Ph. Ms. Janina Goss
Ms. Janina Goss is a graduate of Law Faculty at the University of Łódź. A legal counsel.
Since 2012 Ms. Janina Goss has held a position of Management Board member in Srebrna Sp. z o.o. In years 2009-2010 she was a Supervisory Board member in Polskie Radio S.A. In years 2006-2009 she was a Supervisory Board member in TVP S.A., including approx. 2 years at the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In years 1990-2003 Member of the Local Government Appeal Council in Łódź, in years 1991-2003 she was employed as legal counsel in Provincial Inspectorate of Environmental Protection in Łódź. A member of the PGE's Supervisory Board since March 2016.

Mr. Tomasz Hapunowicz graduated from Faculty of Humanities at Podlasie University in Siedlce and Post graduate studies of local government and local development at the University of Warsaw. Since 2010 he has held position of Zbuczyn Commune head. Since November 2016, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Torpol S.A. Previously, he was a manager of cultural institute and was a specialist in external funds. He is experienced in execution of investments financed from EU funds. Author and coordinator of several dozen projects financed from EU funds. A member of the PGE's Supervisory Board since January 2018.
Mr. Tomasz Hapunowicz has a diploma confirming the passing of an exam for candidates for members of supervisory bodies of State Treasury companies.

Mr. Mieczysław Sawaryn is a graduate of history and a graduate of law studies, having finished legal practice in Bar Association of Szczecin. Since 2014 he has been the Mayor of Town and Community Gryfino. In years 2011-2014 and 1999-2007 he run his own Legal Office. In years 2006-2011 Mr. Mieczysław Sawaryn was employed in ZEDO S.A., at first as the CEO and then as the Director of Human Resources and Law, being responsible for consolidation of ZEDO S.A. within PGE Capital Group.
In years 1998-2014 Mr. Mieczysław Sawaryn was a Councillor of the Gryfino Town Council, in years 2006-20014 being the President of the Council. In years 2006-2007 Mr. Mieczysław Sawaryn served as as a Board Member of ZEDO S.A. in Nowe Czarnowo. In years 2002-2004 he was a Member of the Regional Bar Council in Szczecin at the Bar Association of Szczecin, in years 1998-1999 Management Board Member of Gryfino Commune and in years 1996-1998 a Member of the Supervisory Board of a heating company Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej sp. z .o.o in Gryfino. Member of the Supervisory Board of Regional Hospital in Gryfino in years 2012-2014. A member of the PGE's Supervisory Board since March 2016.

Mr. Jerzy Sawicki
Mr. Jerzy Sawicki is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (2004) and of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt on the Oder (2005). In years 2007-2011 he was serving in a law apprenticeship of Warsaw Bar Association, gaining an admission to the bar as a legal counsel.
For years have worked for law firms in Poland and earlier in Germany, being responsible for business advisory in matters of economic, civil and administrative law. In years 2006-2018 cooperated with Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm. Currently running his own law practice.

Mr. Artur Bartoszewicz since 2012 has held Ph. D. in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics, where since 2013 he's been an adjunct at the Collegium of Economic Analysis. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk (Master's Degree in International Economic Relations), he also completed post-graduate studies in Public Relations at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Mr. Artur Bartoszewicz has more than 20 years of managerial experience in commercial companies. He has been running a one-man business since 2005 in the field of training and advisory for central and local government administration. From February 2006 till February 2007 a member of the Supervisory Board of Uzdrowisko Ustroń S.A. in Ustroń, in period February 2016 – November 2017 a member of the Supervisory Board of Logis S.A. in Rawa Mazowiecka, while in period June 2015 – July 2018 a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Węglokoks S.A. in Katowice.
In 2002 Mr. Artur Bartoszewicz passed exam for Supervisory Board Members at State Treasury Companies. Expert of the Polish Platform of Homeland Security. A member of expert teams at National Research and Development Centre, Centre of Digital Poland Projects and Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
