The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on November 21, 2017 Mr. Radosław Osiński,Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, submitted his resignation fromthe Supervisory Board of the Company.
