Resignation of the members of the Management Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") discloses that on March 2, 2016 Mr. Marek Woszczyk,President of the Management Board submitted resignation from hisposition as from March 30, 2016.

At the same time, the Management Board of PGE discloses that on March 2,2016 Mr. Grzegorz Krystek, Vice-President for Operations and Tradingsubmitted resignation from his position as from March 30, 2016.
