Report Content Registration of the changes to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") informs that on December 15, 2025 the Company has receivedthe confirmation of the entry of amendments to the Company's Statutes tothe Register of the Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. TheDistrict Court Lublin East in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, 6thCommercial Division of National Court Register registered the changes tothe Company's Statutes on December 15, 2025, on the ground of resolutionno. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of December 4,2025.

The Company attaches to this report the information about amended or newprovisions of the Statutes and consolidated text of the Statutes whichincludes the changes.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and on conditions under which such informationmay be recognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2025, item 755).
