Adoption of the consolidated text of the Company's Statutes by theSupervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") in reference to current report no. 22/2019 dated May 31, 2019discloses that the Supervisory Board has determined the consolidatedtext of the Company's Statutes which is attached to this current report.

The consolidated text incorporates the amendments made on the ground ofresolutions no. 24 to 30 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Companyof May 15, 2019, registered by the District Court of the City of Warsawin Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register on May30, 2019.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
