(the"Company") discloses that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company ofJune 26, 2018 has adopted a resolution on announcement of a break in itsproceedings and has determined the date of its resumption on July 19,2018 at 11:00 a.m. CEST in the building of Giełda Papierów Wartościowychw Warszawie S.A., at 4 Książęca Street in Warsaw.
