Change of the dates when the list of the Shareholders entitled toparticipate in the Extraordinary General Meeting will be made available

With reference to the current report np. 26/2018 (An announcement aboutthe convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A.), the Management Board of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A. (the "Company") informs that it has decided to changethe dates, that were indicated in the above mentioned report, when thelist of the Shareholders entitled to participate in the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting convened for November 14, 2018 will be made available.The list will be made available on 8, 9 and 13 November 2018.
