The Board of Directors of PG plc (the "Company") has met on Thursday 10th August 2017 and approved for publication the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30th April 2017, and resolved to propose the same for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on the 19th of October 2017.
PG plc registered a profit after taxation of €7.36 million during the financial year under review, compared to a profit of €4.62 million during the previous financial year.
The financial statements, audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers, are available for viewing at the registered office of the Company and on the Company's website - www.pggroup.com.mt.
The Board of Directors of PG plc has established the 19th September 2017 as the effective date on which all shareholders then on the register of members shall be entitled to receive notice of and attend the Annual General Meeting.
