ZARA SHOPPING COMPLEX EXTENSION PROJECT – TEMPORARY CLOSURE

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of PG p.l.c. (the "Company") announces that the Zara shopping complex located at the Alhambra outlet in Sliema, Malta, shall be closed temporarily for a period of approximately three (3) months due to the extensive construction works being carried out for the enhancement and extension of the same shopping complex.

The period of temporary closure shall commence on Monday, 9 July 2018.

The Company also informs the public that another company announcement shall be published towards the end of the period of temporary closure in order to announce the date on which the Zara shopping complex will reopen for business.
