PG plc NEWS ARTICLE CLARIFICATION

QUOTE

Reference is made to a recent newspaper article reporting a court ruling that the demolition of a large part of a historic villa in Sliema violated a court order and calling for the initiation of contempt of court proceedings against, inter alia, developer Paul Gauci.

PG plc would like to clarify that, Mr Paul Gauci, the majority shareholder and executive vice-chairman of the company, has no connection to the development referred to above.
