INTERIM DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION

QUOTE

At its meeting held yesterday, the Board of Directors of PG p.l.c. resolved to distribute a net interim dividend of €1,700,000 equivalent to €0.01574 net (€0.02422 gross) per ordinary share.

This dividend will be paid on the 11th December 2017 to the ordinary shareholders who were on the Company's Register of Members as maintained at the Central Securities Depositary at the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on Friday 3rd December 2017.
