Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 & Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the above-captioned subject and in terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions of law, we would like to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 06:00 P.M. at the Corporate Office of the Company to, inter alia, transact the following businesses:

a) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024.
b) To consider and approve the proposal of Sub-Division /Split of the Equity Shares of the Company in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors and subject to approval of the Shareholders and such authorities as may be required.
c) To consider and declare Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-2024.

This is to further inform that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives shall continue to remain closed till Friday, May 24, 2024.
