Sub: Update on appointment of Independent Director – Interviews Status

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to the Disclosure filed dated August 10, 2024, informing therein the completion of term of one of the Independent Directors. Post that, we are in receipt of certain calls asking for the status of the appointment of an Independent Director. Accordingly, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board is in a process of conducting interviews for appointment of Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company. A suitable candidate, as and when recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee to the Board of Directors shall be appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company after the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General meeting.
