PG ECONOMIDES PROPERTIES PLC has been in an acquisition transition which has been completed while the company has officially changed its name to COOLSIDE PROPERTIES LTD. The previous board of directors has been resigned and the new Board of Directors assembly consists of Mr. Alexey Lyapin with secretary of the company Mrs. Julija Kovalevska.
COOLSIDE PROPERTIES LTD (ex. PG ECONOMIDES PROPERTIES PLC) (the "Company") hereby announces that, following the decision of the Board of Directors and subsequent approval by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28.06.2024, it has been resolved to decide and delist the Company's shares from the Emerging Companies Market and the Central Securities Depository & Registry of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).
As a result, the Company will proceed with the removal of its status as a listed entity on the Emerging Companies Market of the CSE. This decision is in line with the strategic objectives of the Company. The delisting process will be conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations and guidelines set forth by the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
The Board of Directors remains committed to acting in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders during this transition.
