| On April 7, 2005, Pfizer Inc. issued a press release concerning
new Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling for Celebrex and all other
non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drugs and concerning its agreement to suspend
sales of Bextra pending further discussions with the FDA. A copy of the
press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this report and is incorporated
herein by reference. |
