Kjell Skappel, Chairman of the Board of Pexip Holding ASA, has in connection with the General Meeting on April 25, 2025, received proxies without voting instructions for a total of 15,799,053 shares, corresponding to 15.1% of the share capital. The proxies are valid only for the General Meeting on April 25, 2025. In addition, Kjell Skappel controls 10,382,442 shares in Pexip Holding, corresponding to 9.9% of the share capital.

This means that Kjell Skappel holds proxies without voting instructions and controls his own shares amounting to a total of 25.1% of the share capital in Pexip Holding ASA.
