On 17 March 2021, T. D. Veen AS sold 784,009 shares in Pexip at a price of NOK 100.00 per share. After the transaction, T. D. Veen AS holds 4,604,764 shares in Pexip, which constitutes an ownership interest of 4.44% of the total issued shares in the company.
