Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information.
As of 9 June 2020, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. ("SCWF") has disposed 700,000 shares, resulting in a shareholding of 4,893,107, amounting to 4.84% of outstanding shares. Please see the attached schedule A for transaction details.
SCWF previously disclosed (as of 14 May 2020) a shareholding of 5,593,107 shares (5.65% of outstanding shares).
Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 14 May 2020 included SCWF's holdings.
For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 101,011,389 shares was used to calculate the percentage of holdings. We believe this figure is current; however, if this number is not accurate, please contact us as soon as possible so we may make the necessary revisions.
