Pexip significant contract award

Pexip Holding ASA (Pexip) has secured a significant new contract with a multi-national, European industrial manufacturer for Pexip’s Enterprise room connector for Google Meet together with our partner NTT. The total gross value of the contract is USD 580,000 per year, including NTT margin. The contract value to Pexip will be included in the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the fourth quarter 2020.

“This contract is an example of the competitiveness of Pexip’s technology and how we are able to solve complex customer needs. At the same time, it shows the strength of our partnerships with Google and NTT. It will contribute to Pexip’s ARR growth, in line with strategic growth ambition of reaching USD 300 million in ARR by 2024,” says CEO Odd Sverre Østlie.

In Q3 2020, Pexip’s ARR was USD 73 million.
