Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been notified that the following Primary Insiders has purchased shares in the Company today, 14 February 2024.

Trond K. Johannessen, Chief Executive Officer and primary insider in Pexip has purchased 10,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 24.54 per share. After the transaction, he will hold 125,000 shares and rights to 670,000 shares.

Ingrid Woodhouse, Chief People Officer and primary insider in Pexip has purchased 7,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 24.98 per share. After the transaction, Woodhouse will hold 52,280 shares and rights to 268,125 shares.

Øystein Dahl Hem, Chief Financial Officer and primary insider in Pexip has purchased 7,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 24.40 per share. After, the transaction, Hem will hold 147,968 shares and rights to 420,000 shares.
