Mandatory notification of trade by close associates to primary insiders

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been notified that Geir Langfeldt Olsen, board member and primary insider in Pexip, has transferred shares in the Company between two wholly-owned companies on the 15th of August 2024.

After the transaction, Geir Langfeldt Olsen will continue to indirectly hold 1,178,312 shares in the Company.
