notified that Patricia Auseth, Chief Marketing Officer and primary insider in

Pexip, on June 21, 2023, bought 3,250 shares in Pexip for an average price of

NOK 20.93 per share.

After the transaction, Auseth will hold 13,170 shares and rights to 135,000

shares.
