been notified that these transactions have been completed by primary insiders in

Pexip:

Tom-Erik Lia, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, has today, February 11,

2022, through Lia Investments Ltd, controlled by Lia, bought 13,000 shares at

NOK 38.33 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Lia and Lia Investments Ltd will

hold 1,451,252 shares and rights to 60,000 shares.
