Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been

notified that these transactions have been completed today, September 6, 2021,

by primary insiders in Pexip:

Tom-Erik Lia, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, has today, November 12,

2021, through Lia Investments Ltd, controlled by Lia, bought 15,000 shares at

NOK 46.12 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Lia and Lia Investments Ltd will

hold 1,426,252 shares and rights to 60,000 shares.

The information included in this announcement is such that the Company is

is publicly disclosed in accordance with MAR and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
