Stavanger Venture AS, where Kjell Skappel has a 36% ownership and is the CEO, has purchased 32,060 shares at an average price of 80.54 NOK.

After these transactions Stavanger Venture AS holds 5,000,000 Pexip shares. In addition, Skappel is CEO of T.D. Veen AS, which holds 2,688,746 Pexip shares and the owner of Radka Invest which holds 5,900 shares.
