Øystein Dahl Hem (CFO) has purchased 10,000 shares at an average price of 63.70 NOK. After this transaction, Øystein Hem holds 17,500 shares and rights to 332,500 shares.

Åsmund Fodstad, (President Global Sales and APAC) has purchased 5,199 shares at an average price of 64.30 NOK. After this transaction, Åsmund Fodstad holds 790,406 shares in Pexip through Metrix Invest AS and himself. He also holds rights to 240,000 shares.
